For an individual with autism, safety risks can be magnified due to limited situational awareness, communication deficits, sensory issues, and fixations on specific items. Safety should not be left to chance. It should be addressed through a multifaceted safety plan that is specific to the individual’s unique needs. Our home safety trainings will teach you how to identify potential hazards, find solutions and develop safety plans. The trainings are presented in-person, virtual, or via pre-recorded seminars.
